F*ck The Rules
I had so much fun talking to Susan Roggendorf, fellow "Sweary Therapist" about authenticity and being genuine as a therapist. I am so glad that I decided to reach out and tell this other person I saw on IG going by "TheSwearyTherapist" that I loved her name and that it was so cool that we had separately but simultaneously come to the same idea (I'm on IG as "SwearyTherapy" for those of you who don't know). I can't wait to be a guest again!! Susan Roggendorf is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa. In addition to hosting and producing her podcast, F*ck The Rules, she's running a private practice as an independent provider full-time. Susan is busy assisting First Responders, Law Enforcement Officers, and hospital ER/ICU staff as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community in their mental health wellness journey. Susan is a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC as well as an Emergency Responder & Public Safety Certified Clinician through NERPSC. |
THE THINGS WE ALL CARRY
I have been a guest THREE times! Check out all the episodes! I am honored to have been invited to talk to Stack from The Things We All Carry, a podcast that is doing great work towards removing the stigma around mental health and talking about mental health, particularly among the first responder community. We had a great conversation and I can't wait until we do it again. You check out the Things We All Carry website, listen on Apple, or on Spotify. Give him a follow on Instagram too while you're at it. |
Swearing is a love language!
Listen in as I talk with Jim from The Unusual Buddha Podcast about all things mental health and being authentic. And of course, we play Movies & Cheese! If you don't know what that is, you gotta listen to learn. This was such a fun conversation so be sure to give it a listen. Give him a follow on Instagram while you're at it! <3 |
