About This Training
"Captain of the Ship" is a 2-hour live online CEU training for licensed mental health professionals. It introduces a practical, regulation-first approach to working with client "parts" without requiring IFS certification, a new protocol, or a complete overhaul of how you already work.
You'll leave with concrete tools, adaptable metaphors, and a repeatable intervention structure you can integrate into your existing practice immediately.
This is not an IFS certification. It is not a protocol for treating DID or complex dissociative disorders. It is a practical, accessible framework for general outpatient clinicians who want to work more intentionally with what clients are already bringing into the room.
CEU Information:
Captain of the Ship: A Practical Introduction to Parts Work in Clinical Practice" has been approved by NBCC for NBCC credit. Sweary Therapy is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP-5323.
